He is the 6 year old son of Bliss and with him my next Gen puffs are complete!!!
He has the same powers as his mom but has some new ones( all the next gen puffs do just haven't thought of all of them) I was thinking stuff he lefts up with his Telekinesis he can make exploded at first by accident but he uses it to his advantage but then learns how to control it.
I figure each next Gen puff would have some power they didn't know how to control at first
